Was told to call me at 11.30 as his work mate wasn't in, so rung yesterday still no luck I'm a 70 year old cripple and was relying on buying my scooter from them, as I'm a 70 year old cripple. still no luck very upset and disappointed all my joints have flared up because I'm so upset can't get my scooter delivered now got to wait 😢

I have honestly never known 2 more genuinely kind, caring and helpful guys. I've had several scooters to date and on more than one occasion they have willingly sorted out problems that have occurred through user error or if I've needed any accessories etc The scooters themselves have never let me down either(unless you count me losing the seat) and Ability plus came to my rescue with a replacement the same day. I find the prices are relatively low which for an independent shop is refreshing. A definite 10 / 10 . Thank you guys!

Friendly and helpful staff you just tell them what mobility scooter you want and they will get it for you and at a lower price than other places they also offer a range of used machines for people on a limited budget

Promised a months free insurance ,never delivered.Sending pensioners out believing they are insured,this is extremely dangerous.
