Horrible service! And very expensive

We were really struggling with other companies. Contacted bourne lifts and it was a smooth and pleasant experience with friendly and informative staff

Communication and follow up is awful. Two callouts in one week and then an entrapment on Saturday 19th Oct. Passenger freed himself luckily. Agreed for an engineer to attend site on Monday with confirmation call requested to provide access to the building, as we're 2 hours from site. No call or confirmation - called again and was promised a call back, nothing. Called again on Tuesday, as we hadn't heard anything, no update. Turns out the engineer attended site on Monday but couldn't get access - surprise surprise as they didn't confirm, despite having taken my number and being asked to call me numerous times. If the engineer had called me or the office had called access could have been provided by a local key holder! Not even an email or call to say we tried to attend. Still no updates. Tuesday evening we received an email from our contractor who was also chasing this for us advising that the engineer would be on site today 12:30 - 13:30, 22nd October (now the 5th day out of service). It's 2:20pm and that time has passed no updates other than the Operations Manager is going to take care of this - what does that mean? More phone calls and emails, no confirmation, no updates. Really not good enough!

We recently contacted Bournemouth Lifts for an urgent out-of-hours repair on our restaurant’s service lift. Despite accepting their quote and providing all the necessary details, including our business name and contact information, they failed to show up. What’s even more frustrating is that they didn’t grasp that the issue was with a restaurant service lift, which should have been clear from the information provided. Their lack of attention to detail and failure to deliver on their commitment caused significant disruption to our operations. Thankfully, we decided to go with Onyx Lifts instead, who were 100% on point with their service. We will be carrying our business forward with them. Terrible service from Bournemouth Lifts—very unprofessional. Not recommended.

Bourne Lifts Ltd Absolutely useless ! Couldn't mend a paper bag! And just lie all the time! Don't turn up when promised ! Lift been out for 8 weeks ! They should be ashamed!

Our lift has been out of order for 5 weeks, terrible customer service, nobody calls back. Finally booked in after 5 weeks to fix it, then nobody turned up! Never use these people!
