We found the staff very welcoming and knowledgeable. They listened and understood my needs bringing a variety of wheelchairs for me to try. When we had chosen one they allowed my husband to wheel me out to the car and check that the chair was suitable for loading into our car. Thank you to Kathryn for all your help.

I had an excellent experience visiting Careco in Hull. I came in looking to purchase my first powerchair, and I was met with very attentive service. Kathryn helped me understand the capabilities of what I was buying, and she was mindful of my disability. As someone in their twenties who lives with fibromyalgia, I really appreciated everything she did. She never once made me feel awkward whatsoever about my needs. As I am still somewhat new to everything on offer in terms of mobility aids, I was really grateful that Kathryn was able to advise me on what else was out there. I felt she really took into account what my needs were and what could actually make a difference for me. I would absolutely recommend Careco to anyone looking for mobility aids. Particularly as someone who’s young or new to mobility aids, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I visited CareCo, Hull to purchase a folding mobility scooter which was suitable for airline travel. I was met by a lovely lady, Kathryn, who from start to finish was extremely helpful. I had done some research and knew which mobility scooters I wanted to look at. Kathryn showed me three scooters, how the operated and how they folded for transporting. I also tried them for comfort and movement. I enquired about the mobility scooters that folded with the touch of a button. She showed me the Airfold Pro Carbon, which was absolutely perfect for my needs. I tried it out in and outside the showroom. A massive bonus was that it was in their clearance and I was able to take it straightaway with a massive reduction in price as it had been on the shop floor. I can't thank Kathryn enough for her help. I would say she is an amazing advocate for CareCo. Her helpful service made purchasing the mobility scooter I was looking for, very easy. Absolutely amazing service from Gemma at the Anlaby branch!
