CareCo Peterborough

We were served by Marie today and she was very friendly and professional. She was happy to demonstrate the bath seat I wanted to buy and she also was happy to look up details of the chair I was hoping to try in case another store had one I could see. She has also given me details of the aftercare available for chairs should I wish to order one when I have measured up at home. My only disappointment was that you did not have the chair i was looking to buy in store to try.

Excellent! Thank you so much! Beautifully laid out showroom most helpful and accommodating staff. Even dog friendly. As the weather had changed we would not have been able to look or purchase a chair as it was too hot to leave the dog in the car on arrival. Marie dealt with our purchase after Susan had helped her to help us compare measurements to help with the decision. We couldn't have asked for more.

Lord knows who thought Bourges View Park Maskew Avenue was a good location for a business. It really isn't. Even on slow days, it can difficult to get back onto the main road. However, it is a well designed and laid out so it is easy to navigate. I have made several visits and made a number purchases. The latest was to buy a new wheelchair for my mother. I had some fixed idea of what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Marie drew the short straw and knew to give me some time to myself before coming over to confirm what I was looking for and steer me in the right direction. She was a pleasure to deal with - professional, polite and helpful. My mother now has a fabulous pink wheelchair and could not be happier. Don't blame Marie for the colour. That was all me.

I have not visited a CareCo store before however I have purchased online. It was good to visit in person. Marie met me at the door. I mentioned what I was looking for. She walked with me to the product. She showed interest in what I was saying and we chatted while I made my choice. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy which was lovely. I was able to sit while Marie took my details and I paid for my purchase. Marie came over as genuinely friendly and kind. I will definitely return in person . That’s from someone who doesn’t enjoy any kind of shopping! Thank you CareCo

Fantastic service from Marie at Careco, Peterborough. She is obviously very knowledgeable about the mobility products and was extremely patient while my Mum tried and deliberated over which one was right for her. We are delighted with the rollator. Thank you, Marie for warm and encouraging (but not pushy at all) service.

Myself and my husband was recommended to CareCo by my works team leader (I look after elderly) in a care home in st Neots….. we was greeted by a lovely lady called marie.Asked if we wanted help…..we was looking for a suitable wheel chair with big wheels to tie us over whilst we wait for a hip operation date.! Marie was fantastic, she guided us with the best ones and around the price we was willing to pay.. Marie was very polite and very helpful.! We will definitely recommend to ones in need….. I have also put some business cards in the foyer area of my work place.!

Visited to get a scooter so she can join us on walks. Marie was brilliant, provided information about the product, made recommendations all while having a bit of a laugh in the process. Marie made the whole experience effortless, 5 stars for her alone.
