Direct Stairlifts Ltd

Superb service from contact, fitting and quality refurbished stairlift. We couldn’t be more pleased, next day installation with very reasonable priced stairlift, looks as good as new and includes 1st year service. Very friendly, professional and accommodating staff with no pushy sales. Thank you

We have been extremely pleased and very happy with the service we have received from Direct Stairlifts Ltd. Without exception, every one we have encountered, whether on the phone or here at home fitting and maintaining our lift, has been genuinely kind, helpful and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend this firm 100%.

What a fantastic service Direct Stairlifts provide you don’t find many companies and staff who are just this great so genuine and experts. Spoke to them on Thursday and John fitted a stairlift for my husband today ( Wednesday) could have been earlier if we wanted. Extremely professional, solving problems along the way with some issues we had due to the narrowness of our stairs at the top and always very positive nothing too much trouble. Very clean John even vacuuming after the job had been completed. The price was very competitive for a reconditioned curved stairlift that looks and operates just like new with a 2 year warranty included. I would highly recommend John and his colleagues …give them a call first.

This company is now my emergency contact No 2 for my 97 year old dad. (999 being the first one) Amazing team and really swift response to help my dad. They should all wear super hero capes! My 97 year old dads stair lift had stopped working, it was late in the day and everyone I rang and mention handicare model they didn't want to know. Luckily I found this local company and they sent an engineer out to my dad within a couple of hours. It was such a relief as he cant go to the toilet without the stair lift. A heart felt thank you to everyone involved. I would give 10 stars if I could.

We needed a stairlift urgently, rang direct stairlift and they quoted us a good price. We rang in the morning and had a stairlift installed in the afternoon. So grateful, would thoroughly recommend them.

A very fast and friendly service. Came one day to measure up and the stair lift was fitted the next. Listened to our requirements and to what our budget was, very happy with the service and would highly recommend to anyone who needs help and advice in what to choose for their home.

Excellent service. Ordered a 'lift on Friday fitted today Tuesday. The engineer who fitted the 'lift was very professional in his workmanship and introduction to the use of and controls for the lift. Soundly recommend to anyone needing a Stairlift. PS I am in noway associated with Direct Stairlifts or any of their staff.
