Cardiff homeowners and their families frequently describe a remarkably quick turnaround, with enquiries answered on the same day and a visit arranged shortly afterwards. Clive is named as the person who calls round to measure up and discuss which model suits the staircase and the user, and the accounts stress how carefully he explains the choice and the cost. Fitting is then carried out by James and Mark, who are praised for arriving when they say they will, working respectfully in the house, removing their shoes and leaving the area clean.

Reviewers repeatedly mention the demonstration given afterwards, covering operation and safety, and the reassurance this gives to relatives. A point that comes up often is the absence of any deposit or signed commitment before work starts, with both purchase and rental arrangements described as fair. The Brooks Superglide 130 is named in one account, where a reconditioned lift arrived with fresh batteries and twin remotes. Punctual, polite and unhurried service runs through the feedback, along with the relief that a completed installation brings.
