Eden Mobility Leicester

Unfortunately my Mum has fallen twice with a walking frame she has purchased from eden, harming herself quite significantly, and paying over £200. She has had walking frames for years but unfortunately this particular frame doesn't suit her. According to the area manager, there is nothing that can be done. This walking frame is not suitable for my mum and even after 3 months (reported the first fall 6 Weeks after the purchase) they have not offered a swap or a refund on said walking frame. Terrible service, I would think twice before purchasing a required piece of equipment from eden.

Eden is the worst mobility place every my partner wheelchair broken 3 week ago he can’t go out at all down and depressed you don’t think of the disabled people with is wrong and they have not given him another wheelchair to use been it is in the contract they meant to come out this week the 13th August and call me the day before the man has still tested positive for coronavirus do you still want him to come to the address and he said no they only want to look at it only and if it carries on I ring up the people how give you the money and get the money back don’t go to that place at all THE WHEELCHAIR YOU CANNOT FIX IT AT ALL

Chantel is a amazing member of staff who is the most honest person and she wouldn't mess you about just to get a sale great coffee morning on every Wednesday makes everyone very welcome

Shattel was absolutely brilliant at her job she was really kind she got me a power wheelchair as my scooter was caput shattel was brilliant all smiles could not fault her I absolutely love it Yours faithfully m w pepper

Shantal was absolutely amazing, not pushy and went through everything with us choosing a mobility scooter for my husband Neal she even allowed me to take it apart and lift all the pieces to see how heavy it was as I would be the one putting it in the car. I found the lady who works in Eden mobility Leicester very friendly, polite, smiley,she explained everything clearly and and fully about the scooter I've ordered also very thorough and put me at ease and found a suitable scooter for me...I would give loads of stars for her and I would recommend her for 100 stars ....

Eden mobility in Leicester isn't closed like most people have been told the staff in their are very friendly and supportive. I myself would say that they provide a very good service many thanks to chantel for everything you have done in helping me to make the right decision on my scooter
