Essex Stairlifts Ltd

My 97 year-old mum could no longer make the stairs safely fortunately we discovered Essex stair lifts offers a rental scheme perfect for Mum as we did not know how long she might be living in her own home. The lift was swiftly installed fore filling her needs perfectly , going up a straight flight yet with a great feature of this chair automatically turning at the top for easy stepping on to the landing. After some six months a fault occurred that did not affect operation of the lift, however Essex stairlift engineer came and corrected the problem within hours. Sadly, recently Mum had to move to a care home… upon notification the rental stairlift was then efficiently removed. Friendly people, great service and very affordable. Totally recommend. Hi had my stairlift fitted on the 27th May… excellent service through out, it’s made such a difference to my life, knees aren’t as painful. Makes going up stairs a pleasure! Would highly recommend this company. 5 star all the way.

Excellent service from Essex Stairlifts from start to finish in respect of installation of a stairlift for my father in law. At initial assessment Andy discussed the options, supplier differences and what would work best in the house. He helpfully took photos and measurements at this stage to avoid a later visit. Smooth installation with minimal noise and very respectful to my elderly parents in law. Thank you. Martin Suffolk.

We have just had a new Access Flow X stairlift fitted by Essex Stairlifts. The whole procedure was trouble free and undertaken in a very professional and friendly manor. My wife and I would like to thank Andy, Nigel, and Tanya for all there efforts in making this installation trouble free, My wife can now get up the stairs without gasping for breath and as we like where we live we no longer have to think of moving to a bungalow. This family firm have been operating in our area for over 20 years and their knowledge and experience in the mobility business shines through Thanks for your help.

Lovely friendly family run business. The owner was able to measure up the same day I rang and asked about renting a stair lift from them. Fitted promptly and professionally. Renting was a great option for my parents not having a big expense in one go.

We are delighted with both the lift and the service. We were recommended Essex stairlifts by a dear friend who used them[ think she was recommended by St Helena's Hospice.] We saw several other companies- didn't like their hard sell or think their expensive products were worth the high price and their insistence on buying outright. Lift and rental price excellent.

From start to finish, the customer service was brilliant. Tanya was amazing and helped every step of the way — she was patient, kind, and always happy to answer any questions, which gave us real peace of mind. The team who installed the lift for my grandparents were also fantastic. They were professional, friendly, and did a brilliant job. Everything was fitted neatly and explained clearly, making sure our grandparents felt comfortable and confident using it. We’re always a bit wary when it comes to services for vulnerable family members, but the care and respect shown throughout was outstanding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Essex Stairlifts to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company.
