What a truly good experience to have my rental stairlift fitted. Assessment done on Tuesday, fitted on Friday and to my exact requirements. The fitting only took one and a half hours. No mess at all. Polite and friendly service throughout. I could not be happier. Thank you.

I can only say that the service from Home stailifts in Wokingham was excellent. I wasn't sure if I needed to buy new or used unit. Andy explained everything and reassured me of the quality of the used units. He came ahead of schedule to do the house survey and fitted a used unit professionally soon after. The quality of the unit was as described and looked new. The unit was a godsend and allowed me to spend some special moments with my dad as it maintained his mobility. When the unit was no longer required the repurchase clause came in handy and the unit was removed with no fuss. You don't get service like this often these days... highly recommend.

Andy and his team were exceptionally helpful. When my mum broke her leg, we urgently needed a stairlift installed so she could return home from hospital. The team had it fitted within two days of our first contact. They were friendly, flexible, and more affordable than any of the other providers we spoke to. The stairlift is safe, dependable, and was installed without causing any damage to the stairs or flooring. There’s still plenty of space on the staircase for the rest of the family to use it comfortably. I would highly recommend Home Stairlifts.

I spoke to Andy on the Thursday and booked a survey for the following Monday. The stairlift was then fitted on Wednesday!! Great service, good options to rent or buy and lovely people to deal with. I would highly recommend this company
