Millercare Mobility Specialists - Bury

Jean at Millercare Bury, was wonderful and helpful. Whilst being patient and understanding. We didn’t get off to the best start, but that was down to me. Jean soon won me round and my wife ended up with a lovely mobility scooter.

Great customer service from start to finish. First visit to shop and was greeted by the Manager Phil who spent time with me and showed me the product I was looking for and answered any questions given. Second visit, (after I made my mind up), I was happily greeted by Jean, who was cheerful and very informative regarding the product I eventually chose. She got the sale done n dusted and we easily arranged an agreed swift timeslot. After a few days, the time had come and the chair was delivered, put together swiftly but with care. An in depth explanation of the workings of the remote etc by 2 great guys Phil and Jordan. They even told me I had a USB charging port on the side, which I didnt know about...Result. Altogether a 10/10 experience...Good on you all

I called the Bury branch today enquiring about a particular product that I thought I may need at short notice. It wasn't in the Bury store but a helpful lady Jean (I think) was so helpful and sourced one for me. Unfortunately in the interim period we managed to secure what we needed elsewhere so Millercares was no longer required. We cannot praise her enough for all that she did. Would certainly recommend 👌

Called in to the Bury branch yesterday with my mum who was looking to buy a new lighter folding mobility scooter to replace the heavy one she already has. What can I say the lady serving us (think she was called Jean) was wonderful very patient when we was dismantling every scooter checking the weight of each one letting my mum test drive them answering all our questions and concerns and we had a lot of them. My mum left the store very happy driving her new scooter. Thank you so much we had a wonderful shopping experience and we will be recommending your store to everyone we know.

Called into the bury shop and was met by Jean very nice lady and welcoming knew exactly what the wife needed and was very patient with the wife. Jean put Jeanette into the right wheelchair that has made her life alot better also got a mobility scooter. All the staff are friendly but Jean went out of her way to help us both
