Scooter was waiting for us on our arrival at Birmingham hotel - clean tidy and fully charged. Was picked up as scheduled. Defo 5 star , defo use again

ordered a scooter for my hotel in algarve and i got a tx to say they would be there at 13.00 hours ,sure enough a gentleman who was very patient and showed me all the workings of a really good scooter ,it really made my holiday hills and rough roads no problem will definitely use again thank you

Horrible experience! We rented through Mobility Hire Direct in Glasgow. We were supposed to have a scooter delivered on our first day and we were never contacted about when it would arrive. After trying several phone numbers and email and even driving by the address of the location (no one was there), we ended up having to book a scooter through another company. When we FINALLY heard something back from them, they said that they could deliver any time during the day and would have it to us by 1:30. Our day had already been delayed and we asked to cancel. They would not do it, and they wouldn’t even allow us to only be charged for the one day rental saying even though they took the scooter back, we had to pay for the whole week. That is just awful customer service and we will never use this company again.

Not impressed. My mobility scooter was a day late being delivered (£21 lost) plus the inconvenience of not being able to get around on my first day. Then the left wheel was stuck. The engineer came out and tried to fix it but it didn’t help so I had to keep putting the nut back on every day.

We have used this company twice now and soon to be third time. Excellent service each time, the scooter is brought to you on time and also picked back up when that time comes. I would recommend them to anyone looking for mobility help on holiday.
