Very helpful knowledgeable and friendly service. Many thanks to Craig 👍

Excellent service. After a conversation with Craig on the phone last Tuesday and few emails to found the best option for me, I was then surprised when I was pencilled for a week delivery date in the same day to then received my test drive today (week) and as it was ordered in for me it was left here after a test run.. Craig again was sooo helpful in in explaining how the wheelchair works (not great at driving lol and use to scooters) then went trough everything on the phone to his manger Justin who again was just so nice and helpful.. thank you sooo much again this will be a lifesaver and great help for more freedom travelling afar alone. Craig and Justin made getting my first powerchair simple and unintimidating. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient helping me understand all of the available options (and trying out as many powerchairs as I wanted in-store and across some different terrains in the carpark!) across several visits, and answering all of my many questions. As well as physical disabilities I have processing and speech issues, but we were able to communicate perfectly because of their depth of knowledge and complete lack of pushiness, leaving me time to understand everything at my own pace and clarify as needed. A lot of disability related things are very difficult, and it's a relief to know that you can have experiences that aren't! I also appreciated that we were independently able to arrange to meet with a separate company in-store to look at car boot hoists, as we needed the powerchair to look into those options but couldn't buy either that or the hoist without understanding how everything would work together. We were able to go through the options with a demo powerchair in-store and in the carpark, again in a completely no-pressure manner with no obligation to buy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! I could not fault the team in the Horningsea branch. From start to finish with Craig and Luke in the office and the behind the scenes of Paul and Justin. All were truly amazing… professional, informative, knowledgeable and just all around caring people. Everything was smooth, simple and unbelievable easy. Communication as impeccable and I would never recommend or use any other service!! Keep up the great work!!!

Justin was amazing and very helpful. We were very pleased with the service.
