I had an wheelchair. Kat was excellent. I thought that the repair would take 2 weeks at least. Later in the afternoon, Kate called to say that wheelchair could be repaired the next day. Joe came out to fix the broken wheel. I am a happy customer

We would like to thank Tom ,Sarah and the rest of the team for their outstanding service from beginning to end. We were desperate to resolve the lack.of a suitable wheelchair for our child and from the start Motus Medical were quick and efficient and within a few short weeks the chair was manufactured and arrived. We did have a slight issue with the chair initially but Tom came out first thing the following day and the issue was easily resolved. Honestly I would not hesitate to recommend Motus Medical to anyone .

Greg was really professional and very nice and very understanding. He made my daughters date where she will feel safe to go in buses now and her foot is nicely secured. Thank you very much very grateful for Greg and Karen ( office). 🫶🏽

We had been looking for and researching a power aid, for our wheelchair. We were recommended to Motus Medical, by Sunrise Medical. From the first phone calls to Motus Medical, speaking to Sarah and Karen, they were superb, making sure we had the right product for our needs. Duncan came to visit us for a demonstration of the Empulse F35. We then ordered, and Duncan came to fit the F35. Duncan’s attention to detail, and care of fitting, and explanation were very professional, friendly, with no stone left unturned. Motus Medical from start to finish, were amazing. Would 100% recommend to friends and family. Five Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, all round.
