PC Mobility Stairlifts

Great service from initial survey and quote to fitting and testing.

Excellent service and installation, Reg Williams was very knowledgeable and suggested options and sorted out a good deal. Jack the installation technician was prompt, extremely friendly and helpful. All installed in a few hours and working perfectly. Great communications from all involved. Recommended company to deal with.

Excellent service from the start. We were working on a time constraint and PC Mobility were able to not only help, but offered innovative solutions that made the whole fit faster and less expensive than others. Four months on and mother loves her stairlift. Thank you all.

Just had my mum’s stairlift serviced by Neil from PC Mobility Services, lovely chap, very friendly and professional, an asset to this brilliant company. The girls who book the work in are lovely to deal with also. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a stairlift.

My mother's stairlift stopped working, and the company who fitted it no longer existed. I rang PC Mobility on Tuesday, not very hopeful, and they were very sympathetic and understanding on the phone. I was advised they could get someone to come and have a look on Thursday, and they'd ring on Wednesday to give a time. Wednesday afternoon i had a call to say they'd be there between 10:00 and 11:00 on Thursday. 10:00 on Thursday two gentlemen turned up. They had a look and advised it wasn't a model they supported any more, but they'd see what they could do. It was a battery fault, and they happened to have spare batteries that would fit. 45 minutes later the stairlift was working again, and the price was very reasonable. My mother said they were pleasant, polite, helpful, and she felt safe with them. She'd highly recommend them, and so do I.
