Be very careful when buying from this company!! They clean the items up nicely, but then they cobble the wheelchair together without any proper knowledge—and that’s when the problems start!! I was deeply disappointed by this company; it is truly sad that they would deceive sick people!!! What kind of world do we live in??? THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I recently bought a powerchair via Platinum Mobility and can I just say, the service I received from them was absolutely wonderful. I saw the listing for my powerchair on eBay and decided to buy it directly over the telephone. The staff were kind, helpful and friendly, the delivery was swift and reasonably priced considering I live in a remote area, and my powerchair made it here in perfect condition. I’m enjoying my new freedom so much and I am really pleased with my purchase. Thank you, Platinum! :)

Wonderful experience with Platinum Mobility. The service was great, very friendly and efficient. My scooter was delivered on time and in great order. Would definitely recommend this firm and would give 10 stars if I could.

My husband and I went on a mission to find a suitable w/chair for our son, having been totally let down by our local NHS wheelchair service. As soon as we met Logan, we knew we would get excellent service from the company. A few weeks later we returned with our son to be measured up for a customised attendant control chair. We met James , a wonderful young man who couldn’t do more for us. We have now had the chair for 12 months and went back to have it serviced. Again James fitted us in at short notice and was extremely helpful to try and meet our requirements. In less than 1 hour , he had done the service . This is an amazing company, attentive, kind and take a lot of pride in their work. We can highly recommend this company 11/10 !!

What an amazing company. Personal, welcoming and very professional. We were made immediately made welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Amazing wheelchair at a great price and met some wonderful people today. Well worth a visit. You won’t find anywhere better.

From start to finish, This was 1 million times easier than I anticipated. After discovering the NHS had actually told us nothing about requirements and functions of various chairs and that they had provided me with A chair that wasn’t suitable for going outside to Hospital appointments-. They expected me to go to Hospital appointments in a wheelchair that wasn’t suitable for the outside world-While paralysed. Even by the NHS standard that is pretty special! I started looking at platinum mobility around a month ago and asked Ben What I would need. I thought I knew what I would need-As it turns out, I was wrong! First lesson learned always listen to the People who know when it comes to a wheelchair! I had been recommended an M3- Specifically because of its off-road capabilities- Ben, after talking to me for 20 minutes told me that the chair I would get on best in the beginning at least would be a quickie 500- Ben was entirely correct. After some chewing it over I settled on a secondhand 2024 model that has the most gorgeous purple colour as a spray New tyres new seat New brakes and a new battery Came to a smidge over 3K- Considering this model brand-new as around 12,000k I think that’s a bargain. Jason came out today to deliver and fit the chair. What a wonderful caring person Jason is! Absolutely dedicated to ensuring the chair was comfortable set up properly and safely. I’ve never felt more secure when in such a vulnerable position. Less than two hours after being put into this thing for the first time I’m whizzing around at 6 miles an hour in the courtyard having a whale of a time.- it’s absolutely perfect. This is going to change my life And it is down to Ben Jason and platinum ability who were the only people who actually taken the time to go through the options and what was actually needed Brilliant service I’d give 10 stars if I could

We recently purchased a refurbished 3 year old Quickie 300M wheelchair for my wife from Mobility Platinum and the entire experience was excellent. ​Living in Ireland, I was initially concerned about shipping, but the delivery was very quick and the shipping costs were surprisingly reasonable. The quality of the refurbishment is outstanding—the chair looks and functions brilliantly. Drives like new and extremely clean. At first glance you would think it was new. ​What impressed us most was their customer service. We requested some additional extras to be added to the chair. They handled this without any hassle and the pricing for the add-ons was very fair. A professional, reliable company that I would highly recommend to anyone.
