Absolutely shocking service. Even one of the builders who came to do the installation was miserable and I overheard him say to his colleague that he didnt want to be there. Had a through ceiling lift fitted 3 months ago and in that time it has broken down 7 times! The lift was installed on a Friday, broken down 9pm same day, when calling the emergency breakdown line I was told I wasnt registered on their system and will need to wait till monday to report during office hours. Since then it has broken down 6 times and is currently still broken with no eta to fix. Multiple chasers to find out why engineer hasn't come upon agreed time, speak to different members of the team, told I would be updated and I'm having to call and chase. I can never get through to the breakdown team, just get told to leave a voicemail. Still no calls returned. Currently been without the use of a lift for a week and no sense of urgency by anyone at pollock lifts to resolve. Last engineer that came spent over 20 mins trying to resolve, then he said it needs parts but dont know how long it will take, his phone rang and walked out. Not even to say he is going just that 'ive got to take this call' and walked off. When trying to raise a complaint and asking what the policy is, just get told we will resolve it. If you are considering using pollock lifts think twice! Update 13.7.26 - lift has broken down again despite it being repaired 2 weeks ago

Just had a shiny new Pollock lift installed and it has been a pleasure very professional and a tidy job Far better than the other companies lifts which was nothing but trouble from day one, this one looks like it will survive British weather
