Excellent service, from our initial contact through to delivering the mobility scooters to our hotel, the Maldron Hotel, Brighton, everything went smoothly and Emily, our point of contact couldn't have been more helpful. Having the scooters, for our elderly mum's, delivered to our hotel shortly before we arrived took the strain and potential worry away. When we arrived at the hotel (whose staff were equally as helpful and lovely) the scooters had been left on charge and were ready to go. The hotel was a great choice, right across the road from the Churchill Square shopping centre, with a really useful side access especially for clients with reduced mobility. It could not have been easier This meant that our mums could attend their grand-daughters' wedding with ease and without mobility issues. They used the scooters on both days, riding them along the seafront so they missed nothing and were able to play an active part in proceedings, especially the photographs on the beach. My son and I were able to park the scooters at the various wedding locations, making it easier for our mum's to get on them. Moving them about was easy. They really made a difference to our weekend, I don't think we could have managed without them. Emily arranged for the scooters to be collected on the Monday, which again meant we didn't have to worry about times, days and slots to return them. So yes, we're very happy with Shopmobility at Churchill Square, Brighton. Thank you, it was money well spent. Plus it wasn't expensive. Level 10 Google reviewer with over 1,200 reviews with 2 million views plus 14,000 photos with more than 60 million views and still going strong 💪. Good business, although staff (i think are volunteers) didn't seem to know what they were doing

Wonderful staff so helpful, for a charge offer the service of delivering to a local hotel. Such a great service when visiting as parking can be difficult in brighton. Really helps make brighton accessible

Good communication, very helpful bit difficult as i couldn't see any signs were to drop off scooter at shop in the centre, manged with help. I think more people would use the service if better signs. I will use again if needed and better storage. Thank you

Just perfect, thank you so much! We opted for the delivery and collection service to our Hotel which was seamless. It felt like arrive and drive in style and the booking and telephone service was so easy and supportive. Thank you again.

Amazing! We hired a scooter in Brighton for a couple of days for the total sum of £10!! Thank you to the people who run this service - you are all amazing! This service helped us enjoy Brighton so much. For anyone who uses the service and parks in the ‘orange car park’ the mobility hire is on the same level that you park your car - a little bit hidden in one of the corners.

We have used Shopmobility a few times for my grandfather (89) who struggles to walk but thanks to this amazing company, something we thought would be impossible, became possible - We are able to take my grandfather out with us exploring Brighton and it’s quirky lanes. The location is great (centre of Brighton) and staff are helpful and polite. Not sure how people can complain given the small fee of only £5 to hire a wheelchair or mobility scooter for the day!? What exactly is there to complain about? We should all be thanking the wonderful staff/volunteers for providing this service and for such a reasonable price…unlike everything else these days!! Keep doing what you’re doing Shopmobility - Making a positive difference to people who suffer with mobility problems and allowing them to get out and about 👍 Five stars from us ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
