Excellent service, quick installation, wss vety plessed at first, the lady in the shop was very nice as was the gentleman who installed it, BUT i received a phone call asking abour a service, which i was going to agree to, she then said it would be £150, now we were told there was a 2 year guarantee which included the first service, the second year we would have to pay for parts and service. This was disputed by the abrupt lady on the phone. Very disappointed wish now i had gone for Acorn. Felt as if my husband and i were liars.

We are selling a property for an elderly client and needed the stairlift removing urgently. We engaged the services of another local firm who were rude, promised every day they would attend and hung up on our client. We found Stairlifts Plymouth and within 2 days they had collected keys, removed the stairlift and returned the keys to us. They fitted us in quickly as the removal was holding up a sale. We had our stairlift fitted nearly a year ago. The company were extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. We needed the stairlift which was fitted within a week to enable my husband to come home from hospital. I would one hundred percent recommend this company.
