Stannah Lifts & Lift Services Southern England service branch

Stannah Lifts & Lift Services Southern England service branch draws praise from customers in Portsmouth and the surrounding area chiefly for its routine servicing visits, with the majority of accounts describing engineers who arrive when expected and complete the work efficiently. Several reviewers name individual engineers, including Neil, Ian and Elliot, and remark on their politeness, helpfulness and willingness to explain what has been done, with one noting that a visit cleared up queries about the stairlift.

The engineer is repeatedly described as professional, clean and tidy, leaving the equipment running smoothly and quietly afterwards, and appointments are often arranged without the customer needing to chase. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the ease of communication, both with the person arranging the visit and with the engineer on the day, and the reassurance of knowing what has been completed. For households relying on a stairlift to stay in their own home, the service is felt to have delivered exactly what was promised, with customers describing the work as efficient, thorough and carried out with care, and several expressing their thanks and their intention to return for the next scheduled service.
