Swindon Stairlifts
What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Swindon Stairlifts is a family-run business handling stairlift enquiries for older residents, with Gareth named in both accounts of the work. One customer rang in the morning about a stairlift for a grandparent, and Gareth called at the home within the hour, with the fitting finished by the afternoon.
The second account describes Gareth as knowledgeable and patient with the customer's parents, with no request proving too much and a stated willingness to use the company again. The speed of the response and the manner in which the older users were treated are the points that both accounts return to, alongside the family-run character of the operation, which shapes how customers are dealt with from the first enquiry through to the completed fitting.

We have used Swindon Stairlifts and Gareth was very knowledgeable and patient with my parents. Nothing was too much trouble and we would certainly return in the future. An amazing family run business.
I contacted Swindon Stairlifts to enquire about a stairlift for my Nan. I rang in the morning, Gareth came round within the hour and by the afternoon we had a stairlift. Fantastic and friendly service, highly recommended.
