An amazing service! Contacted on Thursday evening;; response Friday morning; an assessment at our home by a really professional and helpful expert on the Sunday. Lift fitted one week and one day later by a very helpful and efficient technician. We were offered a reconditioned rail that had come in from a buy back which saved us £1000. All guaranteed for 12 months including call out. I am so impressed at the service and professionalism of this company. Recommend 100%.
Excellent service received regarding a stairlift quote for my mother. My initial phone call to the company was met with a swift appointment made by Luther for a few days later. I was kept informed by Nick Callaghan of the time he would arrive to discuss the options available and was very impressed with his knowledge with a wide range of options. We agreed on the most suitable stairlift and Nick car used that a reconditioned one was available at a reasonable price and will be installed in four days time. Brilliant service pulling together lifts various manufacturers with no hard sell, straightforward prices within a one stop shop.

Very professional from the start, the sales/surveyer Darren! Was very professional and helpful, it's very refreshing to have someone like Darren who helped us make the right choice for my wife, unlike some who just try to sell stuff you don't need, we had a budget for a second hand stair lift, we spent a little more of our own accord, no pooshy sales pitch, 1750 pounds to get a nearly new stair lift fitted by a very pleasant and knowledgeable engineer, and a 12 month warranty, brilliant, and affordable stairlifts keep you informed all the way, 5 stars well deserved, my wife's very happy, thank you affordable stairlift *****
Within two weeks of my enquiry regarding a stairlift it was fitted. I had a phone call from there agent, Julie who made an appointment with me. Arrived on time and was very pleased with what she advised to fit not only my stairs and pocket. A few days later the fitter phoned me up to inform me that he would be arriving at 9am in the morning. It was fitted by midday. Thank you to Paul and Julia very pleased with the service.
