My parents had a stairlift from this father and son duo for at least 7 years. Always serviced when requested. Always answers the phone or calls back asap. Helpful, friendly and honest. Worked around decorators and carpetfitters, taking out and reinstalling the same day to suit us. Good old fashioned service that sadly is rare today. No need for a stairlift now, but would highly recommend anyone to use their services
We are writing to express our sincere thanks for the fantastic job you did installing our stair lift today. We couldn't be happier with the service. The team was incredibly polite and friendly, and we were amazed by the unbelievable speed and care taken throughout the process. It is rare to find workers who are so diligent about keeping the work area clean and tidy—it was much appreciated! Please pass on our gratitude to everyone involved for their hard work and professionalism. Alan & Elaine

Thankyou to Kevin and Martyn for such a fast efficient service in fitting the stairlift. 4 days from assessment to fitting. Top team. Such great prices for buying or renting. Avon stairlifts you are amazing.
When my father was diagnosed with heart failure and needed a stair lift these people fitted a stair lift the same day, cheaper than anyone else and took back the stairlift after he passed on. I highly recommend them,so helpful and 24 hr call out. They do service them at reasonable price. Thankyou for making difficult time in my life with my father's failing health so much easier .
