BAW Stair Lifts

BAW and Mike was very quick in responding to my request. Trying to arrange this for my parents living a long way from me I had to be very sensitive to trust and not being able to be on site during the process. Mike answered all my questions and was very straightforward in pricing and how they would carry out the work. BAW supplied quotes for the various options and were very reasonably priced. The work for the lift was scheduled in to be done in under 5 working days from agreeing the price and option. Mikes team arrived on the day and time given. They were polite, efficient, friendly and kept disruption to an absolute minimum. Once completed the team ran through all the operations of the stairlift so my parents could understand how to operate it. I would highly recommend BAW for your stairlift. Thanks go to Mike and his team for a great job.

BAW fitted a reconditioned stair lift for my mother in law. We were comfortable leaving the team to install the lift while we were away and they were very responsive and came out quickly to a resolve a minor issue which was easily rectified. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Michael insalled our stair lift a couple of years ago. We needed to get the battery replaced as it drained out due to not being plugged in. We contacted Michael and he quickly scheduled the service, arrived on time and did the job perfectly. Thanks
