Blue Sky Mobility (Forge Shopping Centre)

These people are STARS.My wife's electric wheelchair was damaged on the flight to Glasgow and Blue Sky went above and beyond to help (when the airline emphatically did not). A young woman who's name I forget phoned around all morning to locate a suitable electric wheelchair for my wife who has specific needs. And she found one, which wasn't as good as the original chair but it allowed us to actually have a holiday and not be stuck inside all week. Their service was second to none. I picked up the chair and the staff could not have been more helpful. Dropping it back off was a breeze too. They also sell (and rent) a large variety of scooters, wheelchairs and other mobility aids. You can trust these people.

My husband purchased a mobility scooter today in the Forge showroom. Would like to thank Lewis who was the consultant that helped us choose the right scooter for my husbands needs. Lewis went out of his way to help.

Staff very friendly and explain everything in detail. Recommend anyone to give them a try

Fabulous service, prompt attention and very professional. Only sorry I didn't get the technicians name. Came to the house and able to diagnose and fix the problem there and then. Would certainly recommend and use again.

Phoned today to ask about hiring a wheelchair for my mother. The girl spoke to, (didn't catch her name unfortunately) couldn’t have been more helpful. Even offered to bring a chair out to the car. When I arrived at the shop again both people in the store couldn’t have been nicer. After having such awful time after her accident and being really unsure about using a chair or assistance the staff in here completely reassured my mother and gave her confidence to get out and about. Only writing this review to highlight the lovely staff in this store, they are a credit to the company and their kindness today was really appreciated.
