Broadland Mobility Ltd

ABSOLUTELY CRAP COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR THREE WEEKS TO CONTACT THEM EVERYTIME GET A MESSAGE TO SAY WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU. NO ONE EVER DOES. AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS

Great people, very helpful and a very good price, go back here every year

So friendly and helpful, rescued our holiday by repairing my son’s wheelchair this morning. Looked like they had a really good selection of mobility equipment to buy and hire too so would highly recommend if you are in the Great Yarmouth area 😃

We used Broadland mobility for a short stay when my mum needed a mobility scooter. Very helpful friendly staff and equipment was organised within a couple of hours. Highly recommend

Replaced my defective battery charger, quickly and easily. Very helpful and polite staff

Wonderful service and lovely friendly staff. Made sure our mobility scooter was all ready at our holiday park and rang to arrange pick up. First time we have ever had one will defo be getting my mum another next year. Thanks so much

If only every retail experience was as positive as mine was here today then maybe online shopping wouldn’t be such an attractive option. I was helped with endless patience, advice and spontaneous friendliness, subsequently I felt little pain when the time came to part with my cash! 5 very well deserved stars from me.
