He certainly knew his stuff and he explained every detail and options including the pay in 4 option which we took. From start to finish the whole experience was superb. I can’t thank Dean enough for all his help in finding my elderly father a mobility scooter, from his first approach to his outstanding knowledge of mobility scooters and which one suited his needs, his explanation of the aftercare that we can receive from Careco was spot on and not coming across as just a salesman. We had a lovely experience in CareCo Coventry today, the showroom is very spacious and beautifully displayed, and has so many different models to choose from. Mariam was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable, and helped us with our selection, pointing out all of the different features. She then completed the order and paperwork very efficiently, whilst maintaining her lovely, friendly personality. We enjoyed spending time in the showroom and with Mariam, and are looking forward to our order being delivered.
Mariam was amazing at helping my husband decide on which scooter would be best for him. I had looked at some on their website and picked out a couple. I showed them to Mariam she suggested some others, we didn’t feel pressured into buying something more expensive she explained why the ones we had chosen were not right for my husband. We totally agreed with her. She had lots of knowledge on which scooter would suit him. When we were thinking about which one she said I will leave you to discuss come and find me once you have decided, again no pressure no pushing us to make a decision immediately very kind and polite lady. Would 💯 recommend CareCo to anyone looking for mobility aids.
From the moment we arrived at Careco Coventry branch Mariam step up and was extremely helpful. We detailed my wife’s requirements for a mobility scooter which included ease to use when travelling abroad or uk , or general usage. Mariam advised on a number of scooters and advised against scooters due to unsuitability eg: weight, impracticable number of parts when disassembled etc. Although we made contact with a more local scooter provider and their prices were slightly cheaper , we were convinced the place to buy was Careco due to the fantastic support of Mariam. We visited the Coventry branch at the weekend, it was our first time going to any sort of disability place so it felt daunting not knowing what to expect, we needn't have worried! We were greeted by Dean and he quickly made us feel relaxed, he answered all our questions and we appreciated his honest answers. There was no feeling of sales pressure at any point which was especially good! We were given as much time as we needed to test-drive a powerchair around the showroom. Dean has a gift with his natural patience (apologies for taking so much time lol!. I'll be placing my order tomorrow, thanks for such a positive shopping experience!
