Carelift Services Limited

An invaluable resource. An excellent range of equipment for hire at reasonable rates. This company provides an excellent service and their staff are friendly and professional to deal with. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent service. Phoned to let us know when to expect him and arrived on time. Very thorough and explained what had been done. Left everywhere neat and tidy. Thoroughly recommend the technician and company.

I highly recommend this company, I called them on a Friday, they said engineer would come Monday, which was fine, but they called Saturday morning saying they could fit the in on that day. The engineer was friendly and carried out the work quickly, he cleaned up after himself. Will definitely use again.

Outstanding service from Liam and the team at Carelift. Friendly and helpful on the phone and went out of their way to accommodate our need for a quick installation of a rental stairlift. Liam was punctual, efficient, tidy and happy to answer all our questions. Great local company, would warmly recommend.

Would 100% recommend! I came across this company when trying to organise a day trip for an elderly relative. They were very helpful and responsive to any queries prior to hire. The delivery of the equipment was right to the door and easy. They returned the deposit very quickly. A pleasure to do business with 😊

Hired a mobile hoist for a weekend break in Norfolk. Staff were very helpful, price was great. Delivered and collected directly. Will definitely use again.

Liam and James from Carelift Services were outstanding from start to finish. Their work installing our through‑floor lift was completed with real professionalism, care, and attention to detail. They explained every step clearly, kept the home tidy throughout, and made sure we were completely confident using the lift before they left. It is rare to meet installers who combine skill, patience, and genuine kindness, but Liam and James delivered all three. We’re extremely pleased with the result and would happily recommend them to anyone considering a through‑floor lift.
