Can i say Droitwich stairlift are absolutely brilliant rang them last week to install a stairlift in my mom's house turned up today Wednesday fitted it and serviced it Simon was excellent we would highly recommend them thanks again for excellent service
Phoned up to get a quote on a stair lift for my partner's mum. Zoe came to her house. Done a complete survey. Very friendly and professional. Went through all the options and we ordered. A week later Shane came to install. Again very friendly and professional. Fully fitted stair lift in around 2 hours. Surprised on speed. But fitting them for a living shows. Even down to the changing of back cover to match seat as colour was slightly off. Showed us the full workings of everything on staiflift, double checked everything to ensure it was running right. Even payment was easy via card machine. I highly recommend this family run business. Their professionalism and friendly attitude far surpasses any larger company Plus their prices were exceptional too. Very good value.
My parents stairlift was experiencing an ongoing fault. Simon attended promptly, diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly and very reasonably priced. Customer service and knowledge were second to none. Many thanks.
Zoe was very helpful when she came to quote & measure up for a stairlift, explaining all the details for us to understand easily. Once done, it was fitted & working within 10 days. Brilliant job done by Shaun, everyone is really pleased especially Mary.
