EMS Lifts - Stairlifts & Mobility Solutions

I called up recently to have the ems stairlift removed as my wife's condition was worsening and we couldn't use it anymore, not that she used it much. They refused to remove it as it was not their policy but said they could remove it for £360. I was rather surprised and disappointed. My advice to anyone wishing to purchase a stairlift from ems to negotiate a removal at a later date when it would not be needed anymore. In the end I removed it myself.

Arrived promptly and was finished in a couple of hours. Very efficient and tidied everything before he left. Explained the operation of the lift clearly. Very happy overall 👍🏻

Jordan came to fit the new stairlift. He made the job look very easy which showed us that he knew exactly what he was doing. He was very polite and respectful to my property. He was respectful at showing me how to use my stairlift and made me feel at ease. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

We had Dan, an engineer from EMS Lifts at our home today ,there was a problem with seat positioning, where upon my knees were a little to close for comfort to the wall on coming down, 3 steps that were very narrow at the top of my staircase . Dan took his time, listened to our concerns, and came up with positive alternatives to fix the problem. If like me you dont look foward to strangers in your home, let me put your mind at rest , Dan and the entire team were an absolute pleasure, you couldn't meet a nicer, more polite group of men. The service that they provided has been great, no problem is to small, you feel listened too and heard . Thank you especially to Dan for making this a positive experience, and resolving the problem.

Excellent has given my hubby a new lease of life , and saved my back! After brain haemorrhage and stroke, being a 50 year old with these needs , has really supported his independence. Excellent workmanship and a nice friendly too , always a bonus ..thank you x

today we had Billy come to our home to remove my mother in laws odd stair lift and to install her new one. The work was completed to a high standard and we are very pleased with it.

EMS lift engineers were friendly, polite and professional. EMS kept us updated throughout the installation process. The engineer took his time installing the lift and left the house nice and clean. We were contacted by EMS as a follow on to check how everything went. Thank you for the great service and experience.
