Excellent, outstanding customer care from start to finish. I rang them in desperation to have a stairlift fitted for my uncle who was in hospital recovering from a fractured hip, he had to go into a rehabilitation center as he could not walk. Having been in 6 weeks he was depressed, we wanted him home, the only way the rehab would send him home was if he had a chairlift. I rang and spoke to Claire (amazing human) 👏 🤩 who said she would come and measure up and speak with my aunt at length about the whole process, costs involved and reassured me she would get the chair installed ASAP. Later my aunt called me and said, she in all her many years had not met a more professional caring and understanding company. Claire is a credit to leodis. They measured and installed within 1 week, a refurbished chair that looks brand new. Cost was very reasonable and they have spare parts and are available every day of the year if you need them. Please call this company before you ring anyone else. You will get the best possible service from start to finish. Thankyou so much in helping my aunt and uncle. Superstars.!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would highly recommend this company. From the initial enquiry I made on the telephone to the representative who visited my mother and the gentleman who installed the lift . All very efficient and professional.

We requested a quote and Claire from Leodis visited us on 25th October 2024 and the stairlift was fitted on 28th October 2024. Claire was very caring and professional and took time to ensure my 93 year old Mum understood what was going on. The fitters also made sure she knew how to use it before they left. Can't recommend Leodis enough. They're just brilliant at what they do.

The fitter cane this morning and fitted a stair lift for my mother He was very friendly and professional and kept us informed at each stage of the fitting on what he was doing. Once fitted he went through a demonstration and safety procedures. Finally my mum got to have her first go in it and loves it has it is extremely difficult for her to use the stairs on her own. Finally a big thank you to all your staff involved so very nice , understanding and helpful from start to finish 😊

Stairlift fitted ready for my leaving hospital, the team dealt with my sister and were professional and helpful from the start. No mess left once installed, full demonstration given and instructions left. We chose this company on the recommendation of a friend who has also recently used them and we were not disappointed. Would 100% recommend Leodis Stairlifts. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Called Friday morning and spoke to Martin who was very helpful, Russ came out same day to do survey. Very honest and didn't try to oversell anything and was absolutely no pressure to purchase. We decided to go ahead. Our stairlift was fitted the following Thursday, I fully believe it would have been installed sooner had I not left it a day to call back and had it not been a bank holiday weekend. Lee who installed the lift took time to make sure it was perfect and fully explained everything. The lift itself is great and will make my Mums life a little bit easier.
