Thoroughly professional in every way. We had an urgent requirement. Home was assessed the next day. All the complications of our setup were explained and addressed. The stairlift was installed very efficiently two days later, and I was contacted to check we were happy with everything. Definitely recommend them.

Got a stairlift for my mum and we are 100% satisfied with the service of Leodis. Allan came to do the initial assessment and listened sensitively to the requirements. Also with a sense of humour, which my mum appreciated too! She wanted to walk upstairs whilst she still can but have the stairlift in for when she feels tired. It's brilliant and the aftercare service and 24/7 callout (included) is reassuring.

My biggest praise for this company is their after service and emergency call out. When my stair lift developed a fault and stuck and they realised both myself and my wife were stranded downstairs they could not have been more concerned. The nearest engineer was an hour away so Chris, (the engineer answering phone calls that evening) said he was only 20 minutes away himself and he would come over personally. He did come out and moved the chair off the stairs but it needed a board part not available until next morning. He came out the following day and fixed it ASAP. When my chair lift is out of its two year warranty I will definately extend it with them This company could not be more helpful in its after sales service. Being helpless and housebound it is both refreshing to find such concern and VERY reassuring for us. .

Absolutely amazing experience with this company. From initial phone call to meeting Claire the surveyor to an impeccable install by Daniel in less than one week we could not be happier. Claire was so professional and understanding of my parents needs and explained the process and options with clear compassion. After agreeing to go ahead we booked the installation within a few days . Daniel the fitter was exceptional, portraying total respect to the property making the installation to the electrics so neat we couldn’t tell where he had been ! He was a pleasure to have around and explained the whole working process making it understandable and easy . After having to live upstairs after 3 months of illness , my Father of 91 can now use his home to his full advantage and makes Mums life easier by not having to run up and down the steps to see to him. 😄Definitely 5* all the way ! Can highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. From the initial home visit to establish what would be best for our home to the actual fitting of the stairlift,we were thrilled with their service and honesty. All the staff were so helpful and caring and and everything went to plan as promised. What an absolute pleasure to deal with Leodis..It’s quite rare today to find such an efficient,honourable company who actually keep you updated throughout and keep their promises.

Fantastic service from Leodis. Ryan came out same day to fix a fault with a family member's stairlift. Explained the issues it had and our options. We decided on a replacement unit for piece of mind and he fitted it that afternoon.

From the moment we contacted Leodis it has been a pleasure to have them supply and fit the stairlift. The installation engineer explained what he was going to do with the installation, and then got on with fitting. After fitting the stairlift he gave me a very good explanation of how to use it, and talked me through a practice use. His work was very clean and tidy. I'm very happy with everything from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needed a stairlift.
