Brilliant service my scooter was going slow ,they collected the same day and returned it the next morning. The were so helpful and friendly would definitely recommend them

Had a really good experience with Max Mobility Centre. The team were easy to talk to and explained everything clearly without making it complicated. No pressure, just honest help. Everything was sorted quickly too. Would definitely go back

Had sean do a service for me last month and my scooter needed a new part, sean been out today and fitted it , so thats twice he's been here on this service and no complaints or anything negative just great service thank u so much I rely on that scooter so much so again big 👍 for u

Guys somewhat helpful depending on what you need. Been going in since they moved. one gentleman I think his name is Colin keeps badgering me to take out finance every time I go in there. I understand they're running a business but it seems very pushy. They didn't even ask me about motability and also paying upfront. I'd rather shop around first before buying something for long term use. Shaun and Morgan are brilliant. They are extremely helpful and nothing is too much for them. Shaun spent an hour with me last week looking into different wheelchair options. A true asset to the company.

Absolutely brilliant, fast and friendly service ! I bought my mobility scooter there a few years ago and no problems until minor issue which was resolved today - I phoned the shop this morning and the repair was sorted at my home before lunch! Impressive customer service and highly recommend the company.

I have been using Max Mobility for many years now, there knowledge of any mobility aids, scooters, wheelchairs etc is endless. I have bought many many mobility aids from them, wheelchair batteries, bathroom aids, helping hands, it goes on & on. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Stevie Baby…

Shaun at max mobility was amazing, fixed my wheelchair that broke on the way into town. Didn't charge me and was very kind and friendly :-) Thanks very much! Xx
