Mobility Parts

I have not yet purchased the batteries for a neighbours mobility scooter yet as I was not sure exactly what was needed to replace the possible 2 redundant batteries. In between calling this company and speaking to a very polite and helpful guy he informed me that he would get Max to call me back to put my mind at rest. In between this call and Max calling me back I somehow got the dead batteries to start charging. Max rang back as promised and I could not have asked for a friendlier and knowledgeable person. He really is a breath of fresh air and when you know instantly in your mind that he is on your side to get you the best deal that you need....not what the company wants to sell you which is this business's ethos, I ended up telling Max that I hoped my batteries would not successfully charge as I so wanted to buy from his company!. That is how helpful this man is. I had done as much research as I could to achieve for my neighbour the best possible outcome and get her scooter mobile for her again and for the price and service given to me today, not only would I use this company for any mobility scooter requirements without hesitation......I would recommend you give them a call with any questions you have before you purchase if unsure if only to hear how customer service should be.
