Motability Scheme at Mobility & Lifestyle Coventry

The Coventry shop specialises in disability equipment and support services, with scooters and powered wheelchairs as its stock in trade. One buyer describes finding a suitable scooter without difficulty, helped by a wide selection, and both accounts highlight the assistance received. Chloe Woodword is named for her knowledge and helpful approach, guiding the purchase and answering questions about the different models.

Staff are also noted for their willingness to accommodate, including staying open beyond closing time so a sale could be completed. The reports suggest attentive support throughout the process, from browsing the range to advice on the equipment itself, with the in-store experience described as straightforward and informative.
