I have so much to do looking after mum. So when a job is done I need it done well, so I don’t have to go back to it! Adam was lovely, kind and efficient. He replaced and checked all equipment, and explained fully how to use the equipment and how to maintain/check it is working. I feel very satisfied that the job is complete and I can carry on with all the other jobs I have to do .

Andy was fantastic. Really knowledgeable, helpful and allowed me to video him explaining how to move the control box, as I knew that by the time my Mum returned from hospital I would have forgotten! This was really helpful a couple of days ago, when I successfully moved said box, some 5 weeks after Andy’s visit.
