Both pleasant and very informative. Also Informed by Jordan of a package to cover servicing for 5 years with a discount. Took this out, signed forms, waiting now for stairlift to be fitted. Aaron came to install the stairlift today. Very clean worker and very caring, very pleased with his work.
I recently had a stairlift fitted for my nan by Senior Stairlifts, and the whole experience was excellent from beginning to end. Dan, who carried out the installation, was approachable, courteous, and clearly very experienced. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure we were comfortable with how everything worked before he left. I honestly couldn't recommend Senior Stairlifts enough – first-class service and a pleasure to deal with.
Great service from Alan who came to quote and the two engineers Jordan & Shaun, fitted within two days after the quote! Everything was explained, very polite and installed with care and consideration to our property! First class service from start to finish. Senior Stairlifts have been absolutely brilliant. Starting with the Surveyor Denise Lovewell, she arrived promptly for the appointment, was most friendly and professional throughout, explaining the system in fine detail. An installation date and time was agreed ( for 3 days later ) and the engineers Steve and Ashton arrived at the agreed time. Throughout the installation they were polite and professional and when complete they demonstrated every aspect of the equipment. In summary, Senior Stairlifts have excellent equipment supported by the highest levels of service.
Mum’s stairlift broke down on a Friday. Nobody wanted to know with it being weekend. Senior Stairlifts got somebody out to mum to attempt a repair on Saturday. Sadly the stairlift was irreparable and they ordered a new one which was installed within days. The first lift didn’t suit mum so they returned and changed it for one that was more suited to mum’s needs and her narrow staircase. Reece worked hard to get the new lift installed before the day’s end as did the man who removed and installed the replacement lift. (I wish I could remember his name. He was very pleasant and helpful and worked diligently to get the lift switched in time for mum to go to bed). I think the service offered by Senior stairlifts was outstanding and I would happily recommend them to anybody in need.
The two engineers Darren and Aaron came in on time. The fault was corrected within minutes and they explained what was wrong. The chair was put into operation, tested and was found satisfactory. They did an excellent job, and I was very pleased about it. I would never hesitate in recommending these two engineers to all my friends. Very friendly and efficient workers.
Superb service from Senior Stairlifts’s Dan , engineer, kept me informed he was on his way. Treated me with dignity and respect as I am a wheelchair user and was trapped upstairs by broken lift. He fixed the fault promptly, explained clearly. Katie in the office was compassionate and helpful too ! Highly recommend this company!
