Westwood Stairlifts

From start to finish, Westwood Stairlifts were nothing but professional. They explained every option and there was no hard sell. We purchased a second hand one and it looked brand new and had all the features we asked for. The fitter who installed the stairlift was very professional and cleaned up after himself. He explained how the lift worked and how to make sure we knew where to phone in case of any problem. This is a highly professional and competent company that I would be more than happy to recommend.

We are so pleased with our stairlift. My husband has been able to get upstairs & down (of course) without any effort. For myself - great, no huffing & puffing!! Thank you so much.

The service from Max and the team at Westwood stairlifts has been first class from start to finish. At all times and stages of the process, we were treated with understanding, patience and consideration.

I can't recommend Westwood Stairlifts enough. The service provided and process had been faultless from start to finish. Through discovering them when searching for stairlifts – making contact, Max visiting at short notice to talk through the process and discuss options, quickly returning with a quote, arranging and installing the stairlift – the whole process has been made painless. The stairlift has been an invaluable product allowing my partner to be more independent. I can't thank Max and his team enough, including the engineer (Paul, I think) who installed the stairlift and then coming back to make adjustments. Thank you and very highly recommended.

Excellent service from first contact to the completed installation. No pressure, just information and simplicity with clear pricing. My parents are loving their stair lift, especially the automated swivel seat feature when it reaches the top!

Urgent stairlift required to get aunt discharged from hospital. Everyone from initial enquiry, office staff and installation all polite and efficient. Excellent service all round, thanks.

Highly recommend Westwood stairlifts. Max visited and found a solution for my steep narrow stairs. Max rearranged their workload to install the lift for when I came out of hospital. Paul fitted the stairlift and clearly went through instructions and ensured I was happy using it. Both Max and Paul were polite and professional. They turned up on time and left the house tidy. There was no hard selling just a caring accommodating approach.
