1st Choice Stairlifts Ltd

I cannot rate 1st Choice Stairlifts highlights highly enough. From the sales guy Kieran, to the builders they recommended, the installers and the admin team. All first class and delightful to deal with. The lift is pretty good too.

Excellent service from start to finish from the moment I made the call the lady was so helpful the engineer came out and measured up and was very informative about the product i completed a form on-line and was actually offered to have the stair lift fitted the next day as they had the parts in stock I was so grateful as my mum was coming out of hospital and it was urgently needed the two chaps who fitted the lift were lovely they made a nice neat job and were so compassionate with mum showing her and myself how to use the lift nothing was to much trouble for them . All I can say is a big thank you x

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They went to extraordinary lengths to get a stairlift installed for my dad, who was due to come home from hospital the very next day. We were under enormous pressure, and what seemed like an impossible situation was made so much easier thanks to their kindness, professionalism and genuine determination to help. A huge thank you to Lindsey, Kieran and Jamie. From the very first phone call to Lindsey, they couldn't have been more caring, accommodating or reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place in time for my dad's return home. In a world where great customer service can sometimes feel hard to find, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with people who genuinely wanted to help. Their compassion, efficiency and professionalism made an incredibly stressful time so much more manageable. I am so grateful for everything they did and simply cannot thank them enough. They didn't just install a brilliant stairlift, they gave our family peace of mind at a time when we needed it most.

Following a successful installation we needed a minor adjustment and the engineer promptly turned up and got to work. I was surprised at how much he had to dismantle to make the seat height adjustment but he fully explanined why this was necessary and we had a pleasent chat while he worked. It took a while but once reassembled and re-tested we were very happy with the outcome. The engineer cleared away and you wouldn't know he'd been leaving the space clean and tidy. Excellent service and very happy to recommend should you require their service.

what an amazing company - called them with an issue(our fault) at 09.30am and they were here by 2pm and fixed very shortly after. Adam was polite, really helpful and generally just amazing. I would recommend this team all day long

excellent professional service from 1st choice Stairlifts Ltd. The installation was fast efficient and very professional. The customer service was fantastic. Thankyou to all staff. We would highly recommend.

From first dealing with Kieran (sales manager) everything went very smooth. For our family it was important to try the various stairlifts first and having the opportunity to do that in Calne made all the difference and ensured we purchased the right lift. Very professional from start to finish. Highly recommended.
