Mobility 1st Stairlifts Ltd

Today we had a stairlift fitted for my 94 year old Mum, straight from the moment I called them and spoke to Kate my experience has been better than excellent, gave us some good options about the different types, benefits and prices, very simple to take the measurements and a quick turnaround. Damien who came to fit it today was excellent, helpful, kind, full of knowledge and helped my Mum learn how to operate it quickly and with confidence, she is very very happy and so are we. Thank you for being great

From 1st contact via a call to the actual fitting of stairlift has been first rate, Kate & Tom were extremely professional at all times, explained everything in detail ...would highly recommend Mobility 1st Stairlifts .

We had a slight issue with our stairlift. It wasn't because of the installation but from the company that did the survey. Mobility 1st rectified the issue immediately and at no extra cost to us. Tom & Mike who came to the property were fantastic! I would definitely recommend coming to them directly not through Affordable stairlifts!

From my first contact the Mike the service has been amazing. Tim fitted my mums stairlift - he was friendly, efficient and so lovely with mum. Mum had an issue the next day and following a call with Ricky all was sorted. The issue was with mum not operating properly, but Ricky reassured me it was okay to call and showed great kindness. Thank you for a super service.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company. Everything was spot on - appointment for the work to be carried out was at 9 am and the guy arrived on the dot. Work was carried out efficiently with little or no fuss.Back up from the office was also very good. All in all a very good customer experience.

Highest quality installation from installer Mike L providing the ultimate customer experience, a credit to Mobility 1st Stairlifts. Mike came and gave us like new and rental prices, we decided on like new (saving us half price on new price) and fitted the stairlift at very short notice as we needed the stairlift asap after a fall. Clean, precise quality workmanship with great demonstration and guidance on how to use nothing to much trouble. The stairlift is indeed like new not a mark on it. 100% Recomend without hesitation to all who need a quality stairlift, Mobility 1st Stairlifts forget the rest just go to the best!

After contacting a few stairlift installers to compare price etc I decided to go with Mobility 1st Stairlifts. My main concern that with doors immediately at the the bottom and top of the stairs, a stairlift couldn't be installed. Never knew that there were models with either folding or retracting track. Mike surveyed the staircase...it's official at 49% it is steep...and was happy to answer the various questions I had about the different models of the Homeglide, both on the day and follow up calls. I was going to rent, but as I'll require a stairlift to see me through multiple joint replacements, Mike explained that outright purchase would be more cost effective. Mike and his colleague Damian installed the Homeglide just over a week ago. They were both professional, friendly and courteous. Mike talked me through demo of using the stairlift for the first time. He even rang the following day to apologise for not cleaning up the metal filings outside and offered to come back to do so. I advised there was no need. I'm more than happy to recommend Mobility 1st Stairlifts Ltd
