A6 Mobility Shop holds a 4.7 rating from 100 Google reviews. Staff including David and Leigh are named repeatedly for patient, unhurried demonstrations of wheelchairs and mobility scooters, with several reviewers describing trying multiple models before deciding and appreciating a no-pressure sales approach. Repairs are also handled well, with one customer praising a fair price and clear communication on a scooter repair. One reviewer reported sending several unanswered emails requesting a price for a spare battery, so it may be worth following up by phone if an email enquiry doesn't receive a prompt response.

4.7 / 5 · 100 totalSo impressed with this firm. We just needed a mobility scooter repaired, and it was all sorted at a good price and great communications. When they tried to deliver it after the repair my parents didn't answer the door, but the engineer kindly returned later. Only wish I'd originally bought the scooter from them, maybe a bit more than ebay etc. but sure worth it for the advice, choice and especially knowing it's good quality.
Just bought my 2nd scooter, as I needed one I can put in my car myself. Leigh showed me all various models that would suit my needs. Brilliant service, with excellent staff who empathise with my health conditions, very knowledgeable about their products,. I totally recommend A6 to anyone who has mobility issues.

Can't recommend them highly enough. Really lovely helpful staff.
I don’t usually write long reviews… but David from A6 Mobility absolutely deserves one. We came in looking for an electric wheelchair and a walker for my mother-in-law — and let’s just say, this is not a “quick in and out” kind of decision (especially when it involves family members you do love… fortunately I love my husband’s family, something that doesn’t happen very often…I know). From the very beginning, David was incredibly patient. And I mean saint-level patient. We tried out multiple wheelchairs, asked endless questions, changed our minds, tested things again… and at no point did we feel rushed, pressured, or like we were taking up too much of his time. He just kept smiling and calmly guiding us through it all. I’m sure at one point he must have had ‘those’ thoughts I would have had way earlier. He explained everything in clear, simple language, no technical jargon, no confusion, just honest, easy-to-understand advice. It honestly felt like he wanted us to make the right decision, not just a quick sale. Delivery day was just as impressive. Everything was brought with care, set up properly, and explained again (with the same patience!). I’m pretty sure the wheelchair had a smoother arrival than most Amazon packages. And let’s be real, thank goodness for David’s professionalism… because of him, we got exactly what was needed — equipment that is safe, comfortable, and perfect for my mother-in-law. David is friendly, knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and incredibly professional. He turned what could have been a stressful experience into something easy, supportive, and even enjoyable. If you’re looking for mobility equipment and someone who will actually listen, take their time, and guide you properly — David is your person. Five stars isn’t enough.
