We were welcomed at the entrance by a young gentleman and a young lady, They both were extremely pleasant and helpful and even offered us a bottle of cold water as it was so hot. They explained about the different grabbers and demonstrated them. We chose one to suit my needs. The whole process took abut 10 mins. Very efficient. Can recommend them.

Excellent service. contacted the store by phone to explained my husband’s needs regarding a scooter. Tony went everything very clearly and after deciding on one, a home visit arranged. Came 3 days later and after demonstration was purchased. Everything clearly explained from servicing through to insurance nothing left out. Many thanks to Tony and Alan.

Went to Millercare three days before a big holiday after my wife twinged her back. They sorted us out with a foldable wheelchair which has probably saved the holiday. The lady in the shop was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Well done Millercare, the lady who helped us is a credit to your company.

I ended up going here super last minute after spraining my ankle and I came in just before they were closing, but Toni and Chloe were so helpful and great to interact with. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who may need mobility aids!
