Excellent service - from the comms team via emails (thanks Luba) to visits and assessment by the engineer. We were briefed well during the assessment and all questions answered clearly. The stairlift was fitted a couple of days back. Again a very friendly and professional service by Rory McDaid who showed demonstrable skill and expertise, friendly and thoroughly professional throughout. Due to my husband’s failing health we needed to get a stairlift I made an enquiry on line and was contacted by a lovely lady who made an appointment for Andy to visit at our convenience to survey our stairs etc. Andy arrived on time as arranged. What a lovely gentleman. He explained everything we needed to know answered all our questions and not once did we feel pressured into having the lift installed. Of course due to his professionalism we agreed a date a couple of days later for installation Two young men arrived to fit the lift they were polite, knowledgeable and left no mess at all. The lift is very neat and they showed attention to detail They showed us how to work the lift before leaving I cannot recommend this company enough the lift has been truly life changing for my husband and I wish we had done it sooner From start to finish the whole process was seamless We cannot thank Andy and his team enough

Associated Stairlifts are highly recommended and trustworthy. Sadly, arising from the passing of my Mother, the stairlift has now been removed. The support/attendant engineers provided when the stairlift was in operation were exemplary. Upon stairlift removal, professional Niah kindly telephoned in advance as to ETA, offered sincere condolences, removing the stairlift with care and consideration. Equally, upon making the appointment for removal, Luba and Ellie were likewise sympathetic and respectful. I thank Associated Stairlifts for their assistance, with praise to all their personnel with whom I have made contact and wish them all the very best for the future. Thank you, Associated Stairlifts.

My mum needed a stair lift in and we found Associated stair lifts, they was very helpful with regard to my mum's needs and once an appointment had be arranged which was the following week they came out measured the stairs and due to Xmas holidays my mum's stair lift was installed the first week of January and the two lads who installed them was so polite and courteous towards my mum. They showed her how to use it which was amazing for my mum she actually loves her lift and she is so happy I would recommend this company to someone who wants a lift installing best thing is my mum is renting it instead of buying one which is great Thank you for being a great company and also great customer service too from Emily

A seamless process, lovely people to deal with. They put us both at ease and the difference it had made in one day is incredible.
