Stairlift and Mobility Solutions

Stairlift and Mobility Solutions Ltd was founded by the husband-and-wife team of Steve and Tracey Wilson. The company has over 60 years' experience in the stairlift and access industry. It works with manufacturers including Access BDD, Platinum, Bruno, Wessex, Stiltz, Bespoke and Etac. The company serves regions including the East Midlands, West Midlands, Cambridgeshire, East Anglia, Rutland, Coventry, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire, and Norfolk. It provides stairlifts, ceiling track hoists, home lifts, stair climbers, bath lifts and platform lifts.

Households equipping a home for an older relative describe a consistently smooth experience with this Markfield-based company. The care taken with elderly customers comes through again and again: engineers fit the lift and then stay to explain and demonstrate how it works until the user feels confident. Ryan and Sam are named repeatedly for efficient, friendly installations, while Lee is credited with fitting a lift and leaving the house spotless afterwards. Steve, described as knowledgeable and professional, is praised for the patience he shows when talking relatives through the options.

The office side attracts equal attention, with Abbie mentioned for answering questions clearly without pressure, and Steve and Tracey thanked for arranging installations promptly. A theme running through the feedback is the speed of the turnaround, from the first enquiry through to the finished job, alongside the reliability of response times. Customers also value being kept informed throughout, whether by phone or email, and the tidy, unhurried manner of the team on site. Satisfaction centres on installations finished promptly and explained thoroughly to the people who will use them.
