My stairlift finally died after around 10+ years ofuse (and it was a refurbed unit when I got it). The engineers came out and installed a new base unit and saved me money by re-using my existing track and seat. The service I've had from this company for as long as I've had the stairlift (10+ years) has been excellent. The engineers are always polite and explain to me what the problem is and how they've fixed it every time I've had to call them. I would 100% recommend them for their products and service.
Called in seeking advice re mobility aids, I spoke to a lady called Andrea. She was fantastic, nothing was to much trouble, she was helpful and showed me several items that would be suitable for my future needs. When the time comes I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I 100% recommend this company.
Absolute 5 star experience. Each time I contact the Bristol Mobility Centre the staff are really friendly and helpful. Andrea recently supported me to buy the right new walking rollator frame for my elderly Mum. The customer service was outstanding. I would not hesitate to return. Thank you!
Bristol Mobility is without doubt the premier mobility centre in Bristol and my twenty year association has always provided the highest quality goods and services to ease my mobility difficulties. I have purchased five mobility scooters, two rise and recline chairs, a stairlift and countless walking aids. All purchases have been accompanied by first class guarantees and service back up and I am totally confident that a call to the Longwell Green branch will commence a chain of events to ensure my complete satisfaction. A recent upgrade request in battery size for my latest new scooter was fulfilled within days and I very pleased with the improved performance this provided. I am greatly impressed that before affecting this upgrade the manufacturer of the machine was consulted to ensure that this change was approved and I delighted that the physical work involved was carried out at my home thus negating any potential loss of use to me of this important piece of equipment. I expect a good response to my needs and I am never disappointed.
Since the measurement appt its been 4 weeks and I have still yet to put in an order after much to and froing and chasing a particular member of staff. The problem, partly, is that I am trying to order remotely over phone and email and have had problems talking to same staff member- it seems they operate on 1 staff/1customer basis? As other colleagues don't get involved. The brochures sent over email were different to what they had their end, so a lot of cross purpose chats took place. I do not want to start all over again so will continue to push to order but won't use them in future.
Came to day to help my father decide on a rollator. Extremely friendly and helpful, allowed my father to try out different models, provided excellent advice and didn’t push the sale of a far more expensive option. Will use again when needed. Very very highly recommended - and plentiful parking around the back. Thank you so much.
