Bury Stairlifts

Bury Stairlifts comes across in customer accounts as a small father and son operation supplying and fitting stairlifts, among them second hand models that are described as being in excellent condition with a guarantee attached. A recurring theme is the speed of the work, with installations reported as quick and efficient, and one fitting arranged at short notice. Reviewers often highlight the friendliness of the team, describing how users were shown how to operate the equipment and how questions were answered patiently.

Praise for the standard of the finished installation appears across the feedback, alongside appreciation of the guidance given before and during the job. Families arranging lifts for elderly grandparents make up much of the feedback, and several note the difference the equipment has made to an older relative's daily life.

The personal manner of the people involved is mentioned frequently, including one description of the proprietor as easy to deal with. Helpfulness and reassurance during the process, from the first enquiry through to the completed fitting, are themes that run through the comments. The tone of the accounts is consistently warm, with many customers stating they would use the service again or pass the details on to others, reflecting satisfaction with both the equipment supplied and the manner of its installation.
