Leodis Stairlifts Bolton

Rang for a quote, came same day. Quote was valid for a month. Rang a week later to book installation, came to install 2 days later. I’m blown away by the customer service and speed of installation. From Alan, who came to measure up and provide a quote, to Daniel who installed my mum’s stairlift, both were exceptional. Daniel didn’t leave until everything was clean and tidy and he was confident that my mum was happy and able to operate her new stairlift. I’m over the moon with the service provided and so is my mum. Many many thanks.

The whole experience from start to finish was great, the salesman and the fitter were friendly, courteous and efficient, really pleased with the stair lift, the service wa very quick indeed too and although it's a reconditioned stair lift, it looks brand new and all fur a great price, would definitely recommend to anyone. Also they do not myther you after the initial visit, which I was very pleased about!

We had an initial consultation where the representative came out to us, completed measurements, offered us all the relevant information, answered any Questions and offered us a quote. We then booked an appointment there and then, to have a stair life fitted. They technician that came out was really friendly, polite and helpful. It has been a great experience all in all without any hassle or stress. Couldn’t recommend this company enough!!!

The process was really easy and efficient from the start - no sales pressure, just options outlined clearly. The installation engineer arrived on time and finished quickly with no mess or disruption to the hallway. He demonstrated the stairlift to us and helped my husband to feel comfortable using it.An excellent service which we would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely brilliant service. Extremely polite, very hard working and i felt at ease with them in my home. 100% reccomend this company and the stairlift provided is like new.
