CareCo Bournemouth

We were assisted by Jude Kavanagh who took time to understand our particular needs. She advised on possible mobility scooters and escorted us on a test drive, having explained all the functions of the scooter. She was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. We were not pressurised and went away with the information needed to make a decision.

We visited a number of places to look at mobility aids. CareCo Ferndown was streets ahead of the rest. They had a wide stock range, and plenty of time to allow me to make choices. Then Shane turned up. Out-standing knowledge and patience. Very constructive in his support. He suggested, and allowed me time to try out items I had not previously considered. I left purchasing items I had not previously though of! Outstanding service, knowledge and support, 7 stars!!!!

Visited CareCo today with my elderly father and was served by Shane. He went the extra mile. Helped with getting my father in and out of the car, was extremely informative about the product we were after. No pushy salesman approach just very relaxed and patient. Would definitely recommend CareCo for your mobility needs.

This was my first visit to CareCo Bournemouth as I needed a mobility scooter, not for every day use, but for leisure days out. Tim Mabbett who served us, was very helpful and getting one that suited my needs. He let me have a trial run outside to get a feel of the scooter and also how to take it apart, to fit in the boot. It's a very impressive warehouse with lots of options for people with disabilities. I would thoroughly recommend.

I am writing to share my positive experience with this store following two purchases over the last three months. On both occasions we were assisted by Shane, who was an absolute delight - incredibly patient with our questions and very knowledgeable about the products. Thanks to his help, my father now has a wonderful electric bed and wheelchair. We would definitely recommend the store and Shane to others, and we especially appreciated the tea and biscuits provided during our visit!

Visited CareCo twice last week to consider the purchase of a rollator. On our first visit we were greeted by Jude, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and gave us information about the huge range of rollators available from the store. She was not the least bit pushy, and was very polite and patient in answering our many queries. We did not wish to rush into our purchase so left with suitable brochures and much greater knowledge of the products. Two days later we returned to the store and were welcomed by staff members Shane and Tim. Once again, nothing seemed too much trouble for them and again they were not at all pushy. We selected a suitable item and arranged to have it delivered to our home address. It arrived 2 days later in perfect condition. Thank you CareCo and your staff for making our puchase a very pleasant and stressfree event.
