My husband went in today as wheel came off his mobility walker they put new one on and did a quick check and never charged him brilliant service

Found exactly what I wanted. Helped by a fantastic team of friendly staff. I will definitely be back again 😁

Very poor service all around. Scooter went in for service and price was £80 + a further cost for collection and drop off(that’s fine) however we get a phone call from them saying as it’s very muddy underneath there will be a further charge of £30 to clean it! Hmm 🤔 after the service it came back with a few other faults the left hand when and some other bits. So I wait 3-4 weeks for them to order the parts. So it then goes into the workshop They said it would take 2 days to fix it so that was fine. So 7 days goes by we don’t hear anything so we phone back to be informed they have been sent the wrong size wheel. So 10 days after this still no update so my wife calls again to be snapped at “we told you we are waiting for the wheel” So four weeks have now gone by and I finally got the scooter back with exactly the same fault! The wheel has not been fixed it’s still as crooked as this company! So I phone them and they say that the right wheel was the buckled one and they changed that! Despite me pointing out the quote is for the left one. He said they quote sides from looking at the scooter from the front not sat on it. I personally think they wiped the right one to look clean and gave it back. The right wheel was fine when it left my house and the left was the buckled one! Really dodgy company would avoid like the plague!

Big shout out to Rikki, he brought an electric wheelchair out to us so my partner could try at home. Second chair from this shop now other is a manual. Due to upcoming operation I needed an electric wheelchair for my partner. Would always use Rapid Mobility now .

Professional and friendly staff. I requested a scooter for the weekend and arrived at my hotel and found my scooter charged and ready for my use. I will be using their services again.

I hired a mobility scooter from Rapid Mobility as I had surgery and can’t walk far whilst on holiday. It made my holiday great as I could go on trips with the family and keep up with the grandkids. I would definitely give them 10 out of 10. They were amazing from delivery to collection. I had one small problem and they fixed it right away. I would definitely order from them again in the future.

My wife needed a scooter, whilst we were on holiday. Never used one before. Staff were brilliant, put her at ease, even delivered scooter to holiday park. I can't praise staff enough and would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a mobility scooter.
