My mother and I met a lovely Gentlemen called Andrew who was very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills. He made my Mother feel at ease as she was quite nervous especially when she had a go on the scooter around the store. He took his time and answered all of my questions regarding the scooter. There was no hard sell and he gave us time to make our decision out of earshot which I thought was very thoughtful. He even made us a coffee while talking about the scooter. Thoroughly recommend Careco Hadfield Road to buy any supportive item.
Andrew Beacon was a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Professional in every aspect of our browsing and purchase. He answered all our questions in full and made us feel very confident that we were in good hands. Would highly recommend him to others considering buying from this outlet.
Excellent service from Craig on Monday at Careco Cardiff. He listened patiently to our requirements and showed us numerous options which he felt would be appropriate to our need. We ended up buying a brand new mobility scooter which arrived the following day!
I purchased a wheelchair from CareCo and I must say the salesman, Andrew Beacon, made the experience a pleasant one at a time when I was suffering from considerable stress. He was polite, respectful, helpful and informative, offering good advice. I have no hesitation in recommending CareCo and will buy from them again should the occasion arise.
We rang your Cardiff Store and spoke to Andrew who was most helpful and suggested we pop down. We did this with the aim of checking out rollatros. Andrew met us and couldn't do enough for us. He was very knowledgeable on the range of products and gave us space to try out ones which would be suitable. Once we've decided he took time to demonstrate how to collapse and re assemble the product and even tested that it would fit into our car boot. We felt listened to, given assistance to evaluate the range of products, and all in a reassuring professional atmosphere. We would recommend him to ant other person requiring assistance. Gail Dunphy
Had such a wonderful experience!! The ladies that helped us earlier were so knowledgeable and kind. I’ve been nervous about taking this next step to getting a wheelchair due to my mobility, but, the customer care that I was shown made me feel so much better about it.
