PC Mobility Services Ltd

PC Mobility Services Ltd is a mobility equipment specialist with 25 years of experience in the mobility industry. It operates as an independent mobility supplier, not attached to any individual manufacturer, and its background is in mobility electronics. The company provides stairlifts to Cardiff, Caerphilly, Barry, Penarth, Dinas Powys, the Vale of Glamorgan and Bridgend.

Same-day installations are possible on straight stairlifts. Pre-owned stairlifts are fully warranted for 12 months, and used stair lifts are available for rent. Its main services include stairlifts, mobility scooters, powerchairs, stairlift repairs, wheelchair and scooter repairs, and controller repairs.

Households arranging help for a parent or relative feature prominently in the feedback for this Cardiff business, and the accounts cluster around two kinds of work: fitting stairlifts and repairing mobility scooters or wheelchairs. A handful of customers describe equipment being collected shortly after a call, an estimate arriving by email, and the repaired item returned inside a week, so the owner is left without it only briefly. On the installation side, jobs are said to be completed in a few hours without mess, and a surveyor faced with an awkward cottage layout is credited with finding a workable solution and explaining it plainly.

Staff are named appreciatively, with Rachel praised for keeping a customer informed throughout a scooter repair and Andrew thanked for leaving a stairlift fitting spotlessly clean. Engineers on servicing visits are described as punctual, polite and careful. The advice given before and after work is called sound, and faults handled range from a controller issue to a Genie plus scooter. Reviewers also note how much easier daily life at home has become once a stairlift is in use, and how calm the whole process feels from first enquiry to the return of repaired equipment.
